Antony Gormley on Making a Mark podcast
For the latest episode of Making a Mark, Antony Gormley talks about his new prints exhibited in Where at Cristea Roberts Gallery, including an enormous monoprint, over four metres wide, pressed by hand on the studio floor, and life-size prints made by covering his body in a mixture of crude oil, linseed oil and petroleum jelly before lowering himself on to large sheets of paper. Gormley discusses the extremely physical nature of making these works, their relation to his sculptural installations and pushing the boundaries of printmaking. The episode is presented by writer and critic, Charlotte Mullins.
